ETR was formed in June 1995 and the initials stand for 'encoding, transmitting and receiving' of data, electronically.

We operate from our head office in Hexham, near Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and we have a workshop in Morpeth nearby and another sales and service outlet near Edinburgh.

We really offer to sell and if necessary service anything within the office, and certainly anything within the Spicers catalogue, which requires servicing.

Our sales and service area is England, Scotland and Northern Ireland or indeed anywhere else where the Hays DX (Document Exchange) is in operation.

We can usually deliver within 2/3 days of receipt of order and our terms are nett invoice 30 days.
